I forgot to post these fun rainbow cupcakes we made around st. patrick's day. They were so cool looking i was proud of myself for actually making them not just wanting to and never doing it. The cupcakes were supposed to be layered like a rainbow but when they cook the batter boils and they become a tie-dye effect which was sweet.

I saw these on channel 4 and have been wanting to make them! Yours turned out so cute. Very nice.
