Scott's most favorite thing to do when the kids are sleeping is......(yuck you all have dirty minds)!! He LOVES LOVES LOVES to pester the kids. Yes you read that right he goes into their rooms and will snuggle, kiss them and try to get them to talk to him them while they are sleeping. If they are in funny or cute sleeping positions then he will get the camera and snap pictures. these are just a few of the pics i found on our computer. I didn't want to search anymore. You know 15 minutes should be long enough and it really was cause look at these fun shots.

Bath Time

Flat Stanley

For a project in Adrea's first grade class they picked someone to mail a Flat Stanley to someone of their choice and then that person will take pictures with Stanley in their town or send things that are from their area. Well Adrea picked grandma & pa Gallagher from Monroe, MI. After they wrote a letter and mailed it from school i think adrea checked the mail EVERY day. she was soooooo excited. Well we got a box and man was she on cloud nine.

Skiing

The kids present for Christmas 2010 was a skiing trip!! We decided we wanted to have an adventure as a family and enjoy ourselves. I know how to ski and i love to snowboard, but that doesn't mean i wanted to TEACH my kids how to ski. So we paid for their lessons so that they would learn from a teacher and not fight with me. :) We rented skiis for the kids and up to the mountain we went.

The kids had their lesson in the morning and then i took each one up to the top ALONE! cause i was scared to have them both up there in case of separation or having a scaredy cat up top :) Both kids did great with only a few struggles

Shane has no fear! he doesn't always turn the best or even want to slow down but he went! The biggest problem was getting of the chair lift.......UGHHHHH When they were in their lesson their teacher went to take them to the top and i saw them getting ready to load so i offered to ride up with the Shane Man. I know he is scared of heights and figured i could prep him and get him ready to get off more easily than his teacher who had just met him. So up we went i keep my leg or arm across him most of the way to keep the nerves down. When it was time to get off we did well. We both fell but i expected that. So later in the day when it was time for me to take Shane to the top alone i expected similar results..... NOPE I WAS WRONG. at the top we got prepped and ready to get off i was watching the ground coming and getting ready to stand up. At the last second Shane grabbed ahold of the Chair lift and wouldn't let go but because it keeps moving by the time i YANKED him lose we were past the point of getting off and we BOTH FELL 5 ft to the ground. I hurt my knee from it twisting when we hit, but Shane was fine and just happy to be OFF the chair. I wasn't happy but i was also trying to shake of the pain so we could have a fun run.

All in all our ski trip was a success and the kids and i want to go again. I don't know if we will ever drag Scott onto the hill but he will come and support us.
